The website had grown cumbersome with tools added on over time, and it did not guide customers clearly from learning about the products through to buying and reordering. **What we advised.** We mapped a cleaner online shop and a tidier back office: a rebuilt store with a product quiz and reviews, records for stockist and trade contacts, an online learning platform, and stronger content and analytics behind it. The aim was one connected setup that guides customers from learning to purchase and repeat orders, and that the small team can run day to day. **Areas covered.** E-commerce, Website, Marketing and content, CRM and customer records, AI automation [Read the case study](https://appadvisor.ie/our-work/sasta-skin-health/) > “We worked with Joe and Jack from App Advisor with our application for Grow Digital Voucher. They were so helpful and supportive throughout the process. They are skilled in what they do, very clear and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend going with them as a team to position your business for success in digital.” > > Tara O’Rourke, Operations Director, Sásta Skin Health ## More projects across County Laois (shown without names until each client signs off) ### Pub and food venue **The problem.** A busy Portarlington pub and food venue modernising its systems for a seven-day trade. **What we advised.** We helped select a modern hospitality EPOS and bring in real-time bar monitoring, tightening stock, cash control and reporting. **Areas covered.** Stock and POS, Reporting and dashboards, Process mapping, Staff training and adoption ### Furniture and flooring **The problem.** A Laois furniture and flooring retailer bringing the showroom experience online. **What we advised.** We helped map a connected shop with a 3D visualiser so customers can design a bed and see it in their own room, with stock and sales on one system. **Areas covered.** E-commerce, Stock and POS, Website, Staff training and adoption, AI automation ### Social media agency **The problem.** A Laois content brand with a huge following, building recurring revenue. **What we advised.** We helped put a CRM, clear client onboarding and structured processes behind the brand so it can grow without adding manual work. **Areas covered.** CRM and customer records, Marketing and content, Process mapping, Reporting and dashboards, AI automation ### Hospitality supplies distributor **The problem.** A Laois hospitality supplies business growing beyond word of mouth. **What we advised.** We helped introduce a CRM for trade leads and a website with proper trade sections, with organised outreach. **Areas covered.** CRM and customer records, E-commerce, Marketing and content, Website, AI automation ## Digital for Business in County Laois ### Is AppAdvisor an approved Digital for Business consultant for Local Enterprise Office Laois?
