## The objective: A social enterprise limited by manual systems

Living Woodlands is a Tipperary social enterprise providing training and consultancy in biodiversity restoration and community environmental projects. It works with schools, community groups and local authorities, delivering most of its work in person.

Enquiries, clients, reporting and material ordering were managed on manual systems, which limited how much the small team could take on. To reach more communities, it needed stronger digital infrastructure.

## Our approach: Map the process, then build the system end to end

AppAdvisor gathered the requirements of a seventeen-step process the team ran by hand, then built a full custom system end to end and oversaw its delivery.

The system brings together three things.
