An in-depth project, delivered over the engagement
The full, business-wide picture.
Owners and managing directors who want the whole picture, not just a quick look. This is our most in-depth engagement. We work closely with your key people right across the operation, cover everything the AI Audit does and go much deeper, and look at digitalisation and AI improvements business-wide. Reports are delivered after the consultations, so you finish with a structured, honest plan to act on.
We send out a short digital snapshot to get a feel for the software you already use, so we come to the review prepared rather than asking the obvious.
A discovery session with you and a few key members, usually over a video call. We can involve the wider team through the AI discovery to capture pain points from the people doing the work, so quick wins and automation opportunities surface from right across the business.
We map your current tools across every part of the business, from accounting and admin to operations and security, and identify where AI and better-fit tools can improve how you work, matched to the pain points you've told us about.
After the consultations, we deliver your reports, then run follow-up video calls for clarification and walkthroughs, right through to a full handover. Everything is yours to keep at the end.

Businesses that have the recommendations from a Strategy Report and want to make sure they actually happen. We take ownership of that first step alongside you, acting as your digital champion so the recommendations get put into action and don't stall after the report lands.
We take the recommendations from your Strategy Report and sequence them into a clear plan of action, with owners and a realistic order of play.
We project manage the rollout, coordinate with the software vendors, and keep buy-in strong across the team so the work keeps moving and nothing gets dropped.
We make sure vendor training is scheduled and carried out, tools get switched on properly, and we stay alongside you until the recommendations are genuinely up and running.
We don't deliver the vendor training ourselves, that comes from the tool provider, and we're not a long-term managed service. Our job is to get the initial rollout done and embedded.
