Read the case studyThe problem. A Roscommon consulting engineering firm grew from two people to around twelve on reputation and repeat work, but its systems did not keep pace. Project files sat on cloud storage used as a plain file server, with no structured way to manage the large drawing files.
What we advised. The recommendation was to bring the systems up to the size of the firm. A project and task tracker would replace the spreadsheets, with a proper structure for the large drawing files.

“Both Joe and Jack have been fantastic throughout the process, and we’re very happy to support them in showcasing the work they’ve undertaken with us”
