Gym equipment supplierUrban SportsThe problem. The online store had grown overloaded and slow, and broke whenever changes were made. Analytics did not track orders properly, so it was hard to measure the effect of advertising.
What we advised. We ran a website audit and identified the tools and fixes to lift performance, with a developer brief to implement them. We also advised a CRM for enquiry and quote follow up, order and stock syncing to the accounts, better analytics, and AI to help produce marketing content in house.

Mechanical engineeringLentech ServicesThe problem. This respected engineering contractor ran its site work well, but the systems around it were still on paper. The finances were kept in a spreadsheet, the weekly hours came in by message, and service reports were written by hand on site then typed up again back at the office.
What we advised. We mapped a move onto connected cloud systems: a job management system for the field and workshop, cloud accounting for live figures, and IT security with backup behind it. A service report is now captured once and flows straight through to the invoice.
