E-commerce games brandWakkaball

The problem. Wakkaball is a small owner-managed e-commerce games brand selling through its own website and a marketplace listing. Its paid social advertising had been working well until the ad account was disrupted and sales activity stopped.

What we advised. The steer was to put structure and automation around the sales channels so the business does not depend on one person. AI-supported advertising tools were advised to keep campaigns on track and cut wasted spend, with email automation to make proper use of the existing customer list.

Hair and beautyThe Hair and Beauty Company

The problem. Across four salons the systems were not connected, and the till only synced at the end of the day. There was no live view of stock or sales across the branches, and sales did not flow into the accounts, leaving the owner many hours of manual uploading each period.

What we advised. We advised a retail POS and stock system with live data across all four salons, tied to the website and the accounts so sales and stock stay in step. This ends the manual uploading, gives management a live view across the group, and lets online availability reflect what is actually in store.

Galway City Physiotherapy logoPhysiotherapy clinicGalway City Physiotherapy

The problem. Galway City Physiotherapy is a well-established private clinic with a growing patient base. It already ran on cloud clinical software with IT support and a website that performed well, so it was in good shape.

What we advised. With the clinic already in good shape, the focus was on reducing admin and tightening security. An AI receptionist and booking tool was advised to answer overflow calls and take bookings, easing pressure on reception.

What we advised. We helped design a single CRM and workflow to run each job from enquiry to aftercare, with design tools, online booking and automation behind it.

Bookkeeping and payroll

The problem. A remote Galway bookkeeping and payroll bureau strengthening its security and standards.

What we advised. We helped standardise the team onto a single secure cloud workspace with secure sign-in and password management, reducing compliance risk.

Health and safety training

The problem. A nationwide Galway health and safety training provider connecting its systems.

What we advised. We helped link booking, e-learning, payments and accounting so a booking flows through without rekeying, with a CRM for customers.

Banjo maker

The problem. A world-renowned Galway banjo maker with online orders growing every year.

What we advised. We helped connect the webshop, accounts and shipping so each order flows through once, keeping pace with growing demand.

Printing services

The problem. A Galway printer building a stronger online presence.

What we advised. We helped plan a modern, easy-to-update website with search visibility and a structured way to take orders.

Fashion boutique

The problem. A Claregalway fashion boutique with a strong shop floor, ready to grow its online sales.

What we advised. We helped join up the boutique's online tools, from product listings to reviews, loyalty and marketing, so the team can run it all in house.
