The website had grown cumbersome with tools added on over time, and it did not guide customers clearly from learning about the products through to buying and reordering.
What we advised. We mapped a cleaner online shop and a tidier back office: a rebuilt store with a product quiz and reviews, records for stockist and trade contacts, an online learning platform, and stronger content and analytics behind it. The aim was one connected setup that guides customers from learning to purchase and repeat orders, and that the small team can run day to day.
