Dental clinicCornmarket DentalThe problem. A busy Limerick dental clinic, trading since 2016 with a team of around twenty, running on a digital core rather than paper. Its systems sat separately and did not talk to each other, so information was re-keyed by hand and no single view carried a patient from enquiry through booking to follow-up.
What we advised. We recommended an AI receptionist to answer overflow and out-of-hours calls and book, reschedule and cancel around the clock, taking the pressure off the front desk. A unified patient inbox would pull the messaging channels into one screen the whole team can book from, and the practice email would move onto a secure setup with two-step verification and European data residency for patient records.
Areas covered. AI automation, Booking and scheduling, CRM and customer records, Data and file management

Garden ware wholesalerLemonfieldThe problem. This long-established trade supplier serves around 400 regular trade customers through its online shop, but the site was slow and awkward for repeat buyers, with prices missing in places and no simple way to reorder. Orders placed online were printed and typed again into a legacy accounting package, so the stock shown on the site did not match the warehouse.
What we advised. We mapped a trade shop joined up to the back office: easier B2B ordering with trade pricing and one-click reorder, online orders feeding the accounts so nothing is rekeyed, and a tidier warehouse and picking flow. A customer record gives a way to keep in touch and bring trade buyers back, with cloud accounting, website security and GDPR behind it.

Read the case study“I had the pleasure of working with Joe and Jack while going through the Digital Growth Voucher process, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, both Joe and Jack were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and manageable. What stood out most was how supportive and patient they were throughout the entire process. They were always available when I needed guidance and went above and beyond to make sure I understood each step and felt confident moving forward. It was a real pleasure working with them. Their professionalism, expertise and genuine willingness to help made such a positive difference to the experience. I would highly recommend Joe and Jack to any business looking for guidance and support with their digital growth. I am very grateful for all their help.”

The problem. A Limerick garden machinery dealer joining up service, repairs and stock.
What we advised. We helped introduce an EPOS and service management system that tracks each machine through repair, with parts and accounts connected.
Areas covered. Stock and POS, Job and field management, Accounts integration, Reporting and dashboards
The problem. A Limerick precision engineering firm making tooling and bespoke automation for regulated sectors, growing without adding admin staff. Its core systems were sound but not connected, so the same information was entered more than once and no single record followed a job from quote to invoice.
What we advised. We advised a structured layer of AI and automation over the existing systems. An AI sourcing assistant to suggest suppliers, draft the enquiry emails and read the returning quotes, a job-tracking application giving one connected record from request through to invoice, and workflow automation for the repetitive reading and re-keying.
Areas covered. AI automation, Quoting and estimating, Job and field management, Staff training and adoption
